1. Fully functional *inquiry flow* from the homepage to the dashboard.
2. *Notification prompt* integrated after inquiry submission.
3. A working *User Dashboard* with inquiry tracking, recommendations, and preferences.
4. *WhatsApp integration* for real-time communication.
5. Mobile-optimized design for all features.

Note:
This represents 2nd installment of the 1st phase of the matchesproperty.com project as discussed on our last email converstion started dec-3-2024.
Due to the fact the project significally changed since the 1st phase started this payment includes the work already done but not initially included in this phase:

-setting up the VPS server with all its details
-adding credit card payments
-adding membership
-testing several variants and adding the chatGPT chat box for the users
-adding the online tutorial for user dashboard
-adding the AI Chatbox functionality

With this payment starts the 2nd phase of the project as it was modified in our last email conversation and it is estimated rougly at GBP 2000, to be paid later, when all discussed details will be visible online.
